So crazy…while unpacking I found this acrylic painting I did in 8th grade with my most favorite art teacher Mrs. Gilley. I learned so much from her over the course of middle school. I had almost completely forgotten about this painting and when I found it today, I couldn’t help but put it next to my most recent little goldfinch. I wish I had continued art non-stop instead of pausing for so long, but…there is a reason for all. 💛🧡🖤
